Coconut Choco Cheesecake


1 cup graham wafer crumbs
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp margarine, melted


2~1oz squares of unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp of margarine
2~8 oz pkgs of Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened
1 1/4 cups of sugar
1/4 tsp of salt
5 eggs
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut



1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp brandy

Combine crumbs sugar and margarine. Press into
bottom of spring form pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Melt chocolate and margarine over low heat stirring
until smooth.Cool. Combine cream cheese, sugar salt,
mixing at medium speed with electric mixer, until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time,mixing well after each addition.
Blend in chocolate mixture ans coconut, pour over crust.
Bake at 350 , 55 to 60 minutes or until set.

Combine sour cream , sugar and brandy:spread over
cheesecake. Bake at 300 for 5 min. Loosen cake from
rim of pan: cool before removing rim. Chill.
10 to 12 servings
