This will be the first new year's eve that my boyfriend and I will be spending together, so it is even more special. Rather than spend it with lots of people, we decided to celebrate it just the two of us. I'm going to make us a romantic dinner, complete with candlelights and flowers, then we will toast the new year in quietly.

I think new year's eve is really over-rated. What's the big deal? You go to sleep, and wake up the next day. Nothing changes. I plan to read a good book - or rent a video, and call it lights out by 11 p.m.
