Is there
a chance you're reading too much into his comments, or jumping to the wrong
conclusion? If not, your school counsellor should be available for help.
Or any adult you trust.
Just
because you like someone who may or may not be gay doesn't make you gay.
You like the person for who he is as a person, not for his sexual preference.
You enjoyed his conversations up to now. Based on your comments, you had
no doubts you were heterosexual (not gay) before you had this encounter.
Apart from this occurrence, has anything made you begin to doubt your sex
preference? You can be friends with gay people without being gay.
You should
let your friend know you are not gay, if that is the case - so he is not
misled. You could still remain friends, this is up to the both of you to
decide.
It is
important to accept and feel good about who you are.
Good luck.
