Farr and Eric for help in getting me over the initial hump (which looked more like a mountain then) in taming the very daunting Adobe Photoshop package to create some of the graphics on this site.
JD Salinger, for being the inspiration for one of one heckuva kickass song, one of my all-time favourites in fact. Oh and he wrote a decent book too.
