| And extrude again. Three times total, so you get the sleeve reaching the elbow ... you can go further of course, and cover the whole arm, for long sleeves. Adjust the width of the sleeve down its length by selecting edges cross-wise and scaling in the view from above the hole (the right view in this setup--see third picture down). Select edges by grabbing the area best you can, and then remove the edges you don't want by deselecting while holding ALT. | ||

| And below, shirt after MESHSMOOTH. You can MESHSMOOTH at any time to see where you are going, and then remove the MS modifier when you are ready to continue ... Note if you pick a tighter mesh to drop you get better results (ie, more polys), ... it's just more work cuz you got more edges. And more extrusions. Remember I picked very simplest 8x8 planes to start. Could do with another arm!! So repeat on that side what you did on other side. | ||
