Next the gaps. To fill gaps we extrude EDGES. As you extrude, you pay attention to other viewports cuz the initial extrude may not go in the direction u want, and you must adjust the position of extruded edges as you go along. Watch in the left or right views and the Front views ta get an idea where the edges are going. There's two main areas, under the arms, and on top the shoulders. Let's try under the arms! |

In this example we pick four edges and extrude them. This can vary ... You can see this is a slightly different situation than the previous page, which would require only three edges--the drop of meshes can be somewhat different each time. Extrude once, and position the edges close to the figure (check in other views). |

Some positioning of vertices is required at this point to prepare us for stitching the two pieces together. Along the seams they gotta line up, and some other vertices that stick out can be tended to as well. |

| Theres gaps on the shoulders as well, and now we get do that ... its the same process, in the BACK viewport this time. Three edges on either side of the neck, extruded twice. Watch in other viewports to keep the extruded edges close to the figure. | ||

| And match the vertices with the other part. | ||
