We
had two special visitors come to
our house today
That they belonged together there was
no need to say
He looked so very happy and yes
so very proud
He did not need to say a word but seemed
to say out loud
"I've brought with me this charming girl
I want you both to meet
I must admit quite happily she's swept me
off my feet"
She looked so young and beautiful
so very full of charms
She lightly walked across the room
and melted in his arms
She was quite like a lovely flower
freshly picked from nature's bower
While he seemed lost in her caress,
so much there was of tenderness
We were so happy at the scene
before the day was done
We fell in love with this sweet girl
and proudly blessed our son
