  • Aircraft arriving at Heathrow in the early morning (prior to 05:00 weekdays and 07:00 Sundays) are encouraged to minimise sound disturbance to the local community. This means that flights arriving before these times should minimise the use of reverse thrust (where safety and aircraft weight permit) when ever possible. Aircraft using Terminal Four are to shut down all engines prior to entering the SIERRA and VICTOR cul-de-sacs and must request towing onto stands in these areas.
