Day 2

·          Wide-grip behind-the-neck pull down

·          Seated row

·          Barbell bench press

·          Incline dumbbell fly’s

·          Standing dumbbell curls

·          Barbell preacher curl

·          Cable pushdowns

·          Lying triceps extensions

·          Crunches

·          Side crunches

·          Hanging knee tucks
