Day 1

·          Squat

·          Hack squat

·          Leg extensions

·          Lying leg curl

·          Stiff-legged dead lift

·          Standing calf raises

·          Crunches

·          Side crunches

·          Knee tucks

 

Day 2

·          Incline barbell press

·          Decline barbell press

·          Barbell bench press

·          Pec deck

·          Cable crossover

 

Day 3

·          Wide-grip behind-the-neck pull downs

·          Seated rows

·          One-arm dumbbell bent-over rows

·          Lateral dumbbell raises

·          Front dumbbell raises

·          Smith machine front press

 

Day 4

·          Standing dumbbell curls

·          Seated hammer curls

·          Incline dumbbell curls

·          Cable curls

 

Day 5

·          Lying triceps extension

·          One-arm dumbbell kickback

·          Cable pushdowns

·          Triceps bench dips
