Vayu (wind/water) caresses all nature, as rocks in a stream are massaged by the refreshing current, as leaves on a tree yield to the scented breeze.  Father Sun illuminates and warms Mother Earth, charging her with each ray. Abhyanga is the universal language.

The ancient Vedic scriptures speak of touch as physical medicine and communication, on multiple levels of consciousness.  As nature is a constant reflection of the divine, the human seeks the same.
