Portraits - Andrew Danson

After some visits to Jamaica as 'tourist' I returned and stayed with Jamaican friends I met near the small town of Falmouth on the North Coast. I stayed with 'Vee' and her children meeting friends, neighbours and some townspeople who were curious about the white guy living amongst them. I set up a small outdoor studio in Vee's yard and photographed. I gave people an instant Polaroid photo when they came; many had not seen photos of themselves.
