PUREZONE Air Purifiers & Deodorizers destroy offensive odors resulting from food preparation, smoking, painting, cleaning chemicals or manufacturing processes. They kill airborne bacteria and viruses on contact, and are effective against mould, mildew and pet odors. Consuming less electricity than a 40W light bulb, they are ideal for use in homes, offices, hotels, restaurants and vehicles. TO DEODORIZE THE AIR (UNOCCUPIED AREAS) 

Place the unit in the area to be treated. The Regulator Dial must be set to "0" and the Power Switch must be OFF. Set the Timer for the desired treatment time (up to 30 Minutes). The unit will begin to operate and the Indicator Light will flash on/off intermittently as air passing through the deodorizing chamber is treated. When the CD-AIR5000 is used in this mode, the area must be vacated immediately after the unit begins to operate. Return to the area ten minutes after the Timer Auto-Stop function has turned the CD-AIR5000 off. Examples: 

APPLICATION TIMER SETTINGS RE-ENTRY TIME 

TO CONTINUOUSLY PURIFY THE AIR (OCCUPIED AREAS) 

Place the unit at least 6 ft. from the floor in the area to be treated. The Timer must be in the OFF position. Set the Regulator Dial to provide the desired level of conditioning (10 to 100). For smaller areas or lighter odors, set the Regulator Dial starting from 10. To treat larger areas or strong odors increase the Regulator Dial setting. Turn the Power Switch to ON. The unit will begin to operate and the Indicator Light will flash on/off intermittently as air passing through the deodorizing chamber is treated. If you detect a strong scent of Ozone, adjust the Regulator Dial to a lower setting. (Note: Allow up to 15 Minutes for the deodorizing chamber to begin operating.)
