Brainstorming Your Future ...
Even a child has to have attainable goals. At age 3, a child cannot drive the family car but at age 16 many children do. What seems impossible today may well be within our reach tomorrow. We all respond better when the goals we set are within our reach. Whenever you set a goal, ask this question: Is it possible to achieve this goal?
Pursuing excellence can be gratifying because it is attainable. However, aiming for perfection leads to disillusionment and despair because perfection is not attainable.
The success you enjoy today is the result of what you did yesterday (and years gone by). You are now building your tomorrow by what you are doing today. If you are doing nothing today, your future could have lots of ____________________! Your future is in your hands, you alone have the power to change it!
Successful people are usually involved in "lifelong learning". They choose a subject, learn a lot about it, then choose another one and do the same, one after another. They continually read and improve in their own area of expertise (or interest).
