DESCRIPTION: Great batter for fish and chips

YIELD: Unit: 8 liter


4 kg Flour\All Purpose
1.5 L Beer
0 .5 L Vegetable Oil
30 Eggs\Fresh\Large
1.5 L Butter Milk
2.5 L Milk\Homo
25 g Yeast\Fresh
25 g Salt

Method:

  1. Dissolve yeast with milk and beer, add salt, eggs and oil. Mix well.
  2. Add flour to mixing bowl, add the above mix. At high speed in mixer whip for 5 min.
  3. Let the Dough raise in warm place for about 2 - 3 hours.
