YIELD: Unit: 8 liter
- 4 kg Flour\All Purpose
- 1.5 L Beer
- 0 .5 L Vegetable Oil
- 30 Eggs\Fresh\Large
- 1.5 L Butter Milk
- 2.5 L Milk\Homo
- 25 g Yeast\Fresh
- 25 g Salt
Method:
- Dissolve yeast with milk and beer, add salt, eggs and oil. Mix well.
- Add flour to mixing bowl, add the above mix. At high speed in mixer whip for 5 min.
- Let the Dough raise in warm place for about 2 - 3 hours.
