Lemon Honey Dressing

DESCRIPTION: Very popular dressing

YIELD: 14 liter

10 L Mayonnaise

675 ml Lemon Juice

2.00 L Fresh Lime Juice (aprox. 0.75 case Limes\63 ct)

2 kg Liquid Honey

Method:

1. Add the Mayo to large mixing bowl.
2. Mix at medium speed, add the lemon juice and 2 liter lime juice.
3. Turn mixer of, add the liquid honey.
4. Mix again at medium speed till well mixed.
5. Strain through china cap in to empty pail.
6. Before use stir up the dressing since the honey likes to settle on the bottom of the pail.
