YIELD: 10 LITER
- 67 oz Onion Cooking fine Chopped
- 2 oz Garlic\Chopped\In oil
- 1.5 oz Black Pepper\Whole corns fresh cracked
- 2 oz Mustard\Grey Poupon
- 1 oz Basil\Rubbed
- 0.5 oz Thyme\Ground
- 0.75 oz Marjoram Leaf\Dry
- 3 L Vinegar\Red Wine Heated but not boiled
- 5 L Vegetable Oil
- 3 oz Salt
- 1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
- 3 tbl Worcestershire Sauce
- Method:
- Add onions, mustard, salt, pepper, all the herbs, garlic, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce to mixing bowl.
- Add the hot vinegar and stir well.
- Add the warm oil. Let rest at room temperature for 3 hrs.
