2008.....
April - Willie finishes his Championship going WD/BOW under Betty McHugh at the Guelph and District KC show! THanks Kelly for showing him when I had to work!
Well, the year is off to a good start - for Ponder! On March 8 - 9th, in the midst of a terrible snowstorm, she earned her Rally Novice title in three straight trials at the K-W Kennel Club show. Then, two weeks later, at the Belleville KC show, she earned her Rally Advanced title passing all four trials she was entered in!
2007:
September 8 - 9, 2007: Western Lakes Dog Obedience trials - Hamburg NY - Thorn gets his first leg towards his American CD!!!!
Ponder goes three for three with a 3rd (won the run-off!) & 2nd place finish to earn her American CD in one weekend! Thanks to all the exhibitors and club members who cheered Ponder on!
June 10 / 07 - Ontario County KC - Willie goes WD / BOS for 1 point! Four more points to go!
May 26 / 07 - Ponder finishes her CD in three straight under judges Ted Leslie and Marie-J. Clouthier with scores of 191 & 191! She obtained her first leg under Ted at the PADOC trial with a score of 191.5 and 3rd place!
April 29 / 07 - Victoria County KC - Willie goes WD / BOS for 2 points under judge Walter Pinsker - Willie is now half way to his CH.!
March 23 / 07 - Shine X MJ Babies are here!
February 17 / 07 - Willie finishes his last leg of his CD with a 3rd place finish in the Novice A class!!!!
2006.....
November 19 / 06 - Thorn earns his CGN (Canine Good Neighbour) title under Don French!
November 11 / 06 - Thorn earned his CD today under judge Bill Neville at the Georgina show!
October: Off we went to the Specialty in London - had lots of fun and THORN earned two legs towards his CD with under judges Bill Yates and Ted Leslie....only one more to title!
August:
HAPPY 14th BIRTHDAY RIO!!!
I can't believe Rio turns 14 on August 13th - she has been the most wonderful dog - she has taught me more than any other and I love her with all my heart!
Willie and Thorn go to their second flyball tournament and both earn their FDCH title - 500 points!!!!
July:
RIOMESA has moved (again!) - we are now settled in our new house - the kids want to thank Aunt Kelly, Grandpa Fred and Grandma Pat for letting them stay at their house for over a month!
Kawartha Kennel Club show - Willie earns his first two CKC points under judge Paula Hartinger. He was awarded BOW, BOS. Breed went to his litter sister, PONDER, on both Saturday and Sunday under Paula and Roger Hartinger!
June:
Ponder and Willie earn their Herding Instinct Certificates under judge Ron Forbes! Both showed keen interest on sheep!
May:
Willie and Thorn both earn their first two flyball titles at the Hot Diggity Dogs tournament in Trenton on the long weekend. Way to go boys!
2006...is off to a great start with Mason's sister, WEDNESDAY (aka Regalwin Riomesa Sevendaysaweek) taking a Best Puppy in Group on Feb 19th under judge Doug Windsor...proud owners are co-breeder Kelly Comrie and her niece Jenna Comrie.
