I'm glad to see someone giving John Scott some much-needed attention. He
is one of the finest film composers around today, and assuredly the most
under-rated (and a terrific guy as well)

I just wanted to compliment you on your page for John Scott. He is
indeed under-rated. Your page is designed well. It has lots of interesting information. I
admire the fact that you didn't load it down with all kinds of graphics
and Java applets that look great but cause pages to take forever to load
-- and then they crash!!

I just visited your home page and like it very much. Congratulations. One
thing though: could you make different RAM-files for the RealAudio-files
(RA)? people don't have to
download the RA-file first to listen to it as is now the case on your page,
but you can listen to it while it is downloading, which goes much faster.

A few minutes ago, I played your clip from KK2, and it made me want to
pull out the cd and play the whole thing. It's just one brilliant set
piece after another.

Scott's FAR FROM HOME is a magnificent score and really deserves respect of
all.

John Scott did really great scores. His works for Cousteau's documentaries
notably are so beautiful.

your page is good (maybe you should put more lively
colours...), anyway, keep it up !

In my case, I am a huge fan of this compser. This man is a "god!"

The problem however, is that it is so damn difficult to acquire any of his
music. His label, JOS, releases some stuff, but you have to go through the
mail retail outlets and pay upwards of $20 or more per CD. I so sorely wish
his music was more readily available. He truly is one of the all time best.
