Welcome back to the website; it's been down for a little while, but the problems seem to have been sorted out. It has been a tumultuous and historic couple of weeks, both on the home front and abroad. Our hearts go out to all our friends in New York and Pennsylvania, and all others affected by the tragic events of Sept. 11th. We extend all of our sympathies.
On a happier note; THE ALBUM IS FINISHED!!!!!! That's right, Enter the Haggis' long awaited second full-length album is DONE, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The title of the new cd is "Aerials", and we can't wait for you all to hear it! You will be able to order Aerials online soon; to tide you over, we hope to have a couple of songs available for download before long. We will begin selling an advance run at the festival in Virginia on October 13th, and of course at all of our shows after that point. Get 'em while they're hot!!

Greetings All,

This past weekend (Sept. 1 - 2) we played at the Capital District Scottish Festival in Altimont, New York. I was told that there were roughly 30,000 people at this festival over the weekend, many of whom had come from all over the United States and Canada. Hopefully we will be back again next year.

A somewhat unsober fair-goer known only as "Dave" summed up the show best as: "More..fun..than...is.......strictly.........reasonable".

We are now back in the studio for a few days this week and next to finish of our newest album. It is scheduled for release within a month. WE CAN'T WAIT!!!

Thanks to all those constantly bombarding the talkboard with insightful musing...the page wouldn't be the same without you.
