Make Arrangements with Moving Company

Send Change of Address Cards to:

  • Relatives

Disconnect Utilities and Services:
  • Hydro
  • Telephone
  • Gas
  • Cable TV
  • Appliance Service
  • Fuel
  • Newspapers and Magazines
  • Other

Transfer or Notify Established Business Accounts:
  • Banks
  • Finance Companies
  • Insurance Companies
  • Credit Cards
  • Department Stores
  • Grocery Stores
  • Service Stations
  • Drug Store
  • Clubs
  • Other

 Transfer or Notify Professional Services:
  • Doctor
  • Dentist
  • Lawyer
  • Broker
  • Church

Notify Government and Public Offices:
  • Schools
  • Library
  • Health Insurance
  • Motor Vehicle Registration
  • Drivers Licence

Final Moving Day:
  • All meters read
  • Furnace turned down or off
  • Lights turned off
  • Windows and doors locked
  • Keys left as agreed upon with new occupants
