The above Deck included the following services delivered by MacCallum Contracting;

1. Complete tear down and rubbish removal of back room and steps. 

2. Addition of back family room with 12' cathedral ceilings (see additions for interior pictures)

3. Design and building of complete deck

4. Installation of Hot Tub, including Electrical and Plumbing

5. Electrical for all outside landscaping (including pond and lighting)

6. Gas installation for Natural Gas BBQ
