The above Kitchen Renovation included the following services delivered by MacCallum Contracting;

1. Complete tear down and rubbish removal of original kitchen.  (Kitchen was stripped down completely to the framing of the house.

2. Removal of back exterior load bearing wall of house, and installation of Steel I beam for structural support.

3. Framing, Drywalling, Taping and painting of all walls and ceiling.

4. Sourced and installed custom made, solid maple cabinets.

5. Electrical for all overhead and cupboard lighting, as well as all appliances.

6. Plumbing for all appliances (including Fridge, Sink, and Dishwasher.)

7. Gas installation for stove.

8. Sourced and installed solid Maple plank flooring.
