Beyond our Expectations !..March 1998Martin, I wanted to take a moment and thank you for the work you did on our home. We came to you with a challenging task given the time frames and you delivered in spades. We are first time home buyers and were very excited about the idea of moving into our new home, although the complete mechanical system of the house needed to be done prior to our moving in. When we came to you and asked if you could completely gut our new home including the installation of a new electrical system, re-do all the plumbing, gut and install a bathroom, knock down 2 load bearing walls to open up a few rooms AND finish all the hardwood floors ... in 2 weeks. I was sure you would tell me I was crazy (like all the other contractors we had spoken with), but instead you sat down and figured out how you could schedule everything to get the work done. I know that you and your team worked up to 18 hours a day, in some cases even working through the night in order to get the work completed. Well you did it!! On our moving day we moved into our very first home with all the mechanical work upgraded, the bathroom completed, all the room renovations done, and the hardwood floors looked great .. We can't begin to thank you enough .. we were in a situation where we would have had to store our furtinture and rent a place to live while our required renovations were being done ... instead we got to move directly into our beautiful home. You do Great Work, you are dedicated and we really appreciate your honesty, integrity and timeliness. Thanks. Sara
