LATE Breaking News:  COURSE CHANGE

As of Tuesday August, 14, 2001,  the two kilometer road section up and back along  Colling Road at kilometer 3.5 plus 500 meters of the Bruce Trail leading up to this section  has been taken off the course route.

Newly added will be a 2.5 km scenic side trail following Blue TRAIL BLAZES.  This new section will commence immediately after you have crossed the creek for the first time (left turn) .  This gentle trail section follows along the creek that you have just crossed and heads towards Lowville.  After about 1 .25 km of easy trail running you loop around and follow a rolling section back towards the Bruce Trail.  You will know you are about to finish this loop when you turn left off the BLUE TRAIL.  This  will be heavily marked and you have a fairly steep climb of about 50 meters.   You will then make a right turn(heavily marked) back onto the Bruce Trail white Blazes and decend back down to recross the creek.
