If you are an Ontario resident than we charge 7% GST and 8% PST on your purchase and 7% GST on shipping.
If you live in Canada outside Ontario than we charge only 7%GST on your purchase and shipping.
If you live outside Canada than there is no taxes applied.
Once we received your payment we arrange shipping according to your instruction (post or courier) and provide you with shipment tracking number and estimated delivery time.
If you choose a credit card as a payment method we pack and ship your order same or next business day. If you choose a certified cheque or money order as a payment method we put ordered items on hold for 10 business days. After 10 business days we notify you through e-mail if your payment has not arrived and hold your order for 3 more business days or until you respond. After 3 business days if you have not answered we put your order back for sale.
Due to high demand and stock availability your order can be back-ordered (postponed) or cancelled and your payment will be returned.
Please make cheque/certified cheque/money order payable to SHOWDOWN SPORTS INC. in Canadian dollars for the invoice amount. You may also submit payment in US dollars. Please let us know through e-mail that you would like to pay in $US and we will provide you with the amount due.
In the order form you have two shipping options - regular (by Canada Post) and express (by Courier). We will use any of this two shipping methods according to your choice.

During shipping outside of Canada goods may become subject to customs duties. UPS acts as customs broker unless specified otherwise. All customs duties and brokerage fees are the responsability of the consignee (customer).
