COACHES WAIVER FORM

All coaches received a coaches waiver form at the Coaches Kick-off meeting on May 11, 2001.  

The Waiver must by submitted to the SRSL by May 31, 2001.  Failure to comply with this deadline will result in a fine to the Club of $50.00.  If this form is returned after June 15, 2001 the fine will be increased to $100.00.

SRSL DISCIPLINE

Anyone with outstanding Discipline issue (Suspended from all soccer) should contact the SRSL as soon as possible.  Also, any player who has a suspension coming into the 2001 season must get player book stamped before they are allowed to play.
