YG's win 8-2, Kirkie gets cut

Oct. 11/06

The Young Guns continue to roll, dominating Accusource with a 8-2 win. A stellar opening shift put the Guns up 2-0 to set the pace. Kesik continued his Bill Masterton-like season and scoring streak, earning the Extra Dry Cup. (Which was missing for some reason?)

Also scoring for the ASHL's most feared club was Seeds (3), Straz (2), Mitch, and Kirkie. Not only did Kirkie pick up his first snipe of the season, he was also the first YG to draw blood this year. A careless high stick caused Kirkie to have an instant yard sale. (many Accusource players were seen eyeing Kirkie's equipment in hopes of improving their terrible look)

Next up on the schedule is Roadrunners, which are supposed to be the best of the Wed B/C-1 loop.

Early ASHL lines as follows:

2-1 - Roadrunners are seen running away with their tails tucked tightly between their legs.
3-1 - Straz gets jersey back.
7-5 - Straz gets benched if jersey doesn't return.
7-2 - Duff is late.
1-1 - YG's are the class of the ASHL
1-1 - Donny is a fag.
12-1 - McSween will score.
15-1 - Wranglers win.
20-1 - YG's lose.

NOTE: Kyle Burrell has been spotted wondering the streets of Waterloo. Local rumor has it that he drank himself into oblivion after making the worst career move of his life.
