Fly into battle at the helm of the USS Defiant as part of the Federation Alliance fleet, armed with pulse phaser cannons and quantum torpedoes.
During battle, weave in and out between the larger battleships as you chase down Jem'hadar fighters. Protect General Martok and Admiral Ross while they coordinate the attack on Cardassia Prime.
Star Trek DS9: The Invasion of Cardassia is a mod for the awesome freeware game Star Wars: The Battle of Endor 2.1 by Bruno R. Marcos. The mod replaces virtually all of the graphics, sounds, and music. Based loosely on the final episode of the TV show, gamers get the chance to fly the show's signature ship in a final showdown between the two fleets.
The Romulan flagship faces off against a Jem'hadar battlecruiser.
Star Trek: Armada continues to make its presence felt in Invasion of Cardassia: in the background, a dilithium moon and the Cerulean and Mutara nebulas.
Cardassia Prime looms in the background as the major powers of the Alpha and Gamma quadrants engage in deadly fleet combat.
Fly the Defiant right into the middle of the furious battle, as phaser and disruptor beams shoot back and forth all around you!
Intercept the Dominion battlecruisers before they can reach your fleet and inflict major damage on your capital ships.
The Defiant and two Miranda-class starships try to avoid incoming fire from Jem'hadar fighters as they race along the battlefield.
Weave your ship in and out among the larger battlecruisers, chasing down Jem'hadar fighters and Galor-class cruisers.
The Defiant fires off a volley of phasers, hitting its target dead-on and causing it to burst into a cloud of brilliant orange flames.
Even a dying foe can be deadly -- crippled Dominion and Cardassian ships may attempt to ram into the Defiant before their ships explode!
Be prepared for quick evasive action even after shooting down your target - a sudden collision may cripple your ship's shields or destroy it entirely!
At three times the size and twice the firepower of a Galaxy-class, the Dominion's Dreadnought battleship gives new meaning to the word intimidation.
In addition to being protected by a dedicated fleet of Breen warships, the Dreadnought is armed with its own deadly weapons: four forward poleron cannons and two side cannons. It will be a race against time for the Defiant to destroy the Dreadnought fleet before it destroys Admiral Ross's Galaxy-class tactical wing.
Be sure to protect your fellow starships -- older vessels like the Miranda-class don't have nearly the same shielding or firepower as you do. The only chance for victory when the Federation fleet is so incredibly outnumbered is to protect one another and hope that you can outlast the waves of enemy ships.
Fans of Activision's Star Trek: Armada will find many familiar objects on this battlefield, such as Armada1's radioactive nebulas.
While these nebulas are far enough away that there is no danger from radiation, the bright orange-yellow clouds serve to hinder your ability to tell the difference between friend and foe until it may be too late!

The Keldon-class Cardassian battlecruiser uses a special weapon to boost the shields of its Dominion allies, allowing the ships to withstand attacks from the Federation's phasers and quantum torpedoes.
To stop the Federation from targetting the Keldons, a rotating EM pulse prevents quantum torpedoes from locking onto the Cardassians. The Defiant must now fly in close in order to attack the Keldons with its phasers -- but this will expose the Defiant to the full firepower of the Dominion cruiser!
The USS Galaxy is among the starships that must be protected at all costs or else the fleet has no chance of capturing Cardassia Prime. While Admiral Ross and Martok attempt to disable Cardassia's orbital defenses, Sisko must protect them from the Galor-class cruisers!
After being struck by enemy fire on its forward shields again and again, the hull of an Akira-class finally collapses and its weapon systems are destroyed. As the surviving crew scramble to make repairs, the rest of the fleet must now fight harder to keep the Dominion off its back.
