Ranger Sightings - "Severed Dreams"

Lennier and Dr. Franklin come in to the docking bay.
"Why didn't you just bring him to Medlab?"
--- Franklin to Lennier
"We can't allow anyone else to see him. We believe several bounty hunters are already here looking for him."
--- Lennier to Franklin
Lennier leads Franklin around a pile of crates. Delenn is crouched next to an unconscious Minbari ranger, dabbing at a wound on his head with a white cloth.
"We must slip him into the station quietly."
--- Lennier to Franklin
Franklin kneels down and takes out his medical scanner.
"What happened?"
--- Franklin to Lennier and Delenn
Franklin begins scanning the ranger.
"He has spent the last six months among the League worlds, gathering information. He was on his way here when he was attacked. Doctor, we cannot let him die."
--- Delenn to Franklin
"Well that's exactly what's going to happen if we don't get him to Medlab right away."
--- Franklin to Delenn
"Security is very tight, and the Narns are at all of the customs areas. How do we know which of them we can trust?"
--- Delenn to Franklin
"You don't."
--- G'Kar (off screen) to Delenn
Delenn looks up, surprised.
G'Kar comes out from behind some crates.
"But I do. I'll get him past the other Narn."
--- G'Kar to Delenn
"Good."
--- Franklin to G'Kar
Franklin begins grabbing his stuff.
"Give me a hand here?"
--- Franklin to G'Kar
"Unnecessary. Ambassador."
--- G'Kar to Franklin and Delenn
G'Kar nods to Delenn and then bends down and picks up the ranger. Delenn looks grateful.
"Can you carry him very far?"
--- Delenn to G'Kar
"As far as you like."
--- G'Kar to Delenn
G'Kar begins walking out; Franklin hurries next to him, and Delenn and Lennier follow.

The Minbari ranger is lying on a bed in Medlab; Dr. Franklin ha just finished examining and treating him. The ranger wakes up.
"Delenn."
--- Ranger
The ranger tries to sit up; Franklin stops him.
"Take it easy now. You're safe."
--- Franklin to Ranger
"No. None of us is safe any more."
--- Ranger to Franklin
The ranger turns his head to look at Delenn, who is standing on the other side of the bed with Lennier.
"The Shadows are moving. They have made alliances with many in the non-aligned worlds, and urged them to go to war with their neighbours."
--- Ranger to Delenn
"Why would they go along with this?"
--- Delenn to Ranger
"They listen to the Shadows out of fear; afraid that if they did not ally themselves with a greater force, they would be conquered by the Centauri. But an alliance of defense has grown into the dream of conquest. They believe that as long as they are protected by the Shadows, they cannot be defeated; so they go to war with one another."
--- Ranger to Delenn
Delenn looks horrified.
"Has the Grey Council been informed?"
--- Delenn to Ranger
The ranger looks bitter.
"The Grey Council has said the problems of others are not our concern."
--- Ranger to Delenn
