MUD is short for Muli-User Dungeon ... if you have ever played AD&D you would find this interactive internet game very enjoyable but watch out as it is also very Addictive!!
Realms of Dispair
This is the MUD that I am always found playing. My name on the Realms is 'Racin'. Racin is a Ranger who is often found wondering the Realms, just exploring. Other times he will be found in the company of his wife, "Guts'n'Glory", or other members of the Guild of Rangers.
Guild of Rangers
Guilds are the place to meet people who have chosen a class the same as yours. Most Guilds require that you preform a search and retrieval quest and have an interview before you are admited as a Pledge. Right now I am a member of the Guild of Rangers.
Elisabet
Elisabet is one of the many characters on RoD. She is the Guildmaster for the Guild of Thieves, so is very busy keeping things running smooth. More importantly Elisabet is Racin's best friend and wife.
Guts'n'Glory
G'n'G is a group of fiends who have explored the realms together since thier early adventuring days. Through the hard days these people have been there for each other. Most times we are more than willing to help a new RoD player, ask and help might be quickly on the way.
The Symposium Council
The Symposium is a group of mortal players on RoD who try to come up with new ideas to be used on RoD. Character Class Improvements, New Spells/Skills, any idea can be taken to a Symposium member to be submitted.

ZMud is one of many MUD clients available to those of us who are addicted to MUDing.
