Rollins takes on the role of executive producer here, and he's standing behind a very good band. The music is just what you'd expect from a band that Rollins speaks so highly of: The music is hard, driving, and well played. The lyrics are interesting and definitely merit the listener's attention and contemplation. The relative lack of success of this release can only be seen as a typical illustration of how the music industry functions: Despite the fact this work was released with a distribution deal through London Records, this still was not enough to succeed in a marketplace that is literally controlled by the big label machine. This CD is as good or better than most things I've heard, check it out!
